Vedere decentemente Rai Sports

Salve ragazzi, c'è un modo per vedere decentemente Rai sports? Su SOP il buffer è incredibilmente instabile, mi è passato dall'88% al 10% in meno di dieci minuti; sulla console di Coolstreaming.it il canale non si vede proprio. Si può far qualcosa? Ho una connessione 4,8 mega, non credo sia un problema di download quindi. Ho già aggiornato la versione del programma alla 0.4.6.

Ora si vede *quasi* decentemente su SOP, il buffer non è tanto alto; per favore NON DISCONNETTETEVI E RICONNETTETEVI IN CONTINUAZIONE, c'è la COPPA DAVIS!!!
