come encoders: Windows Media Encoder o VLC
per diffondere lo stream prodotto: SOPCAST, TVKOO e con qualche accorgimento in più, VATATA. non c'è alternativa.

se deve essere, da quanto capisco, una trasmissione saltuaria, vai con SOPCAST.
