urgente problema con il buffer mi serve aiuto per favore

Ciao a tutti ho un problema no so se è dal pc?? cmq io non riesco a vedere nessun canale su web-tv di cool streaming...è che il buffer non funziona quando scelgo un canale si connete poi subito mi da pronto senza fare il buffer è oviamente non riesco a vedere niente???? qualcuno mi potrebbe aiutare x favore.....
