Che risoluzione usare per lo STREAMING su monitor?

Ragazzi come mai quando guardo unos treaming sul mnitor vedo sempre uno schifo, anche canali stranieri che sono piu' in voga.
Perchè uso una risoluzione sul monitor troppo alta?
Quale dovrei usare?
