windows media player 11

Salve,
il mio problema è che da quando ho installato WMP11 l'auio è ok ma i video non vengono riprodotti. compare un fondo verde. (anche con stooge).
qualcuno mi saprebbe dire come impostare WMP11?. oppure il problema è altrrove?
