JOOST! ragazzi che programma!
 

Si...finalmente sto provando joost e la prima impressione e' veramente aver dato una svolta decisiva alla IPTV.

Funziona che e' una meraviglia, i canali partono subito e la qualita' e' azzarderei elevatissima!
Ho contato in totale 51 canali tutti interessanti da quello dei motori di fifth gear e le indycar ai giochi pc e consolle per passare ai guinness records a quello musicale di mtv e commedia.
L'interfaccia di utilizzo e' molto bella e intuitiva a livelli mai visti per una iptv free!

Attualmente e' in beta test e lo si puo scaricare solo se si e' inserita la propria email nella loro waitlist, a me e' arrivato il link ieri e prima di poter utilizzare il programma bisogna crearsi un username e password ma anche inserire l'email con cui ti sei messo in lista di attesa.

Spero che qualcun'altro lo provi per dire le sue impressioni. ciao

ciao,ho scaricato la versione joost 0.8.1. da emule. una volta installato il programma quando clicco sull'icona creata sul desktop mi da errore,sara banale risolvere il problema ma...non so da dove cominciare.saresti cosi gentile da aiutarmi.ciao

Ho avuto anch'io l'invito.Sì è bello,ma mi sa che ci si dovrà attender una pioggia di pubblicità.Probabilmente dopo la beta.

Mi ero registrato per provare la beta qualche mese fa ma devono avermi dimenticato :(



Credo sia obbligatorio aggiornare all'ultima versione, le altre sono bloccate...

ciao senti....non so cosa possa essere, penso sia una versione vecchia e comunque devi crearti un username e immettere l'email con cui hai richiesto di fare da betatest. anche se ti mando il software che ho io non potresti far niente, controllano l'email e o se non registrata o gia utilizzata ti negherebbero l'accesso. l'unica e' aspettare o provare a registrarti in beta tester, nel mio caso ho atteso almeno tre mesi. oppure ricevere un invito da un beta tester ma ancora nel mio caso non ho inviti disponibili da mandare.

scusate nn sono pratico di ste cose...ma come bisogna fare per essere inseriti nella waitlist di joost??mi servirebbe un aiutino...grazie! :)

nn vorrei essere il solito negativo...specialmente perchè sono tra i privilegiati che lo stanno provando!
però dopo la prima impressione tecnica mozzafiato....i contenuti finora sono un po' scarsini...vedremo, cmq nn mi piace tanto come filosofia: è tipo vuze, cioè non c'è streaming live!

l'interfaccia e' splendida e semplice ma credo che le immagini visualizzabili non siano altro che video registrati.come gia detto in questa discussione ..non esistono immagini live.speriamo che a breve uscira un nuovo programma tipo sopcast o tvuplayer ma che migliori finalmente la qualita delle immagini...sempre se possibile.

ok Non c'e' dubbio e di alta qualita' e velocissimo e mipiacwe veramente.
Ma si potra vedere la tv live?
E sara' alla stessa definizione?
Se ci sono solo prg registrati non capisco lo scopo.
Dov'e l'invenzione quando oggi puoi scaricare lo stesso prg, documentario etc. dove vuoi ?
Ma qualcuno sa qualcosa in piu in riguardo?

Accordo Joost e CBS. Presto CSI in P2P-TV
Detto fatto, ecco il primo network televisivo a stringere un accordo con Joost. Si tratta di CBS che tra i suoi “gioielli” ha anche il seguitissimo CSI (Crime Scene Investigation), l’ultra-noto serial TV distribuito in tre salse: classic, Miami e NYC. Oltre a CSI la CBS includerà nel deal anche “The Evening News with Katie Couric”, “NCIS” ed alcuni contenuti sportivi.

In realtà però la notizia ha assunto dei contorni ancora più interessanti perché CBS ha chiuso un accordo di distribuzione per i suoi contenuti online praticamente con mezzo mondo: AOL, MSN ai quali (PaidContent ha riportato) si aggiungono anche CNet, Comcast.net, Fancast, Bebo, Brightcove, Netvibes (Universe), Veoh e Sling Media. Ma non solo perché anche la neonata “NewCo“, il mega progetto anti YouTube di News Corp. e NBC, avrà l’onore di ospitare CBS.

Il progetto si chiama “CBS Interactive Audience Network” e pur avendo lasciato molti dubbi è a mio giudizio una mossa molto interessante. Spesso - infatti - crediamo di essere più avanti di quanto effettivamente non siamo, soprattutto quando si ragiona sulla diffusione delle tecnologie. La Net TV avanza, senza sosta e con ritmi rapidissimi. Ma non è arrivata, non è un fenomeno di massa, non è un’industria consolidata che ha già compreso e perfezionato le formule magiche. E’ un processo epocale, che sta sconvolgendo l’intera industria dell’intrattenimento. Ma i modelli sono ancora tutti da capire. E allora come fare per farsi un’idea? Non di certo ignorando il fenomeno o combattendolo a suon di legali. Come minimo è necessario sporcarsi le mani, provare in prima persona a vedere cosa funziona e cosa no. In ogni singolo paese, per ogni tipologia di contenuto e di pubblico ci sarà la necessità di capire. Qual’è la soluzione giusta non lo sa ancora nessuno. E allora lode a CBS che con questa mossa ha in un sol colpo fatto cadere tutti i timori di multi-distribuzione-online, creando per se stessa i presupposti per acquisire un’esperienza senza precedenti in questo settore. Osserveremo e studieremo gli sviluppi di questo progetto, e anche noi potremo ricavarne tante indicazioni. Ma di certo i vantaggi più grandi li avrà CBS stessa che tra 5 anni, quando si porrà veramente il problema, saprà sicuramente fare delle scelte più che consapevoli.
