in FinlandiaL’accesso a 1 Mega diventa un diritto garantito


La Finlandia anticipa i dettami della Commissione europea e così come annunciato qualche mese fa, ha decretato che la connessione ad alta velocità ad internet “è un diritto civile che va garantito a tutti i cittadini”. Ad annunciarlo, il Ministero dei trasporti e delle Telecomunicazioni che ha anche precisato che il servizio garantito sarà, per il momento, di 1 mega al secondo. Il progetto pensato dal governo finlandese attraverso una legge ad hoc però, è ancora più ambizioso e conta, entro il 2015, di fornire sul 99% del territorio nazionale il cavo a fibra ottica da 100 Mbps....
