Canali che richiedono regitrazione: come fare?

ragazzi ho un problema con la visualizzazione di alcuni canai. CCTV ad esempio richiede la ragistrazione, non so dove registrarmi. Qaulcuno sa dirmi che tipo di rigistrazione devo fare? Link? E' un problema che esiste solo per i canali CCTC o ci sono altri canali che richiedono rigistrazione?
