Problema finestra pop-up

Ho un problema quando accedo alla sezione web-adult.
Mi appare una finetra tipo:

e ogni volta che clicco su uno dei 2 tasti presenti mi riappare di nuovo la finestra in questione e non trovo il modo per non farla apparire più.
Come posso risolvere?
