Ragazzi Mi Aiutate X Favore??

Ciao a tutti. Complimenti x il servizio anche se avrei da chiedervi qualche cosa.
Mi hanno detto un gran bene di coolstreaming ecco,per esempio se io ora volessi vedere la serie b di oggi 14/1/06 cosa devo fare?scaricare cosa?e poi una volta scaricato il programma come faccio?

Sapreste darmi il link di una guida che spiega tutto dall'inizio passo x passo oppure aiutarmi?
