Non visualizzo i canali

Salve ragazzi!
Ho installato CoolStreaming circa 2 mesi fa! Inizialmente andava tutto bene. Avevo settato tutte le impostazioni e non mi dava alcun problema! Ora, nonostante abbia provato a reinstallare il programma non mi dą alcun segnale di vita. Infatti non visualizzo la lista dei canali! Come devo fare? Per favore aiutatemi
