errore User32.dll

Ho installato TvU su Win Me. Appena clicco sull'icone per avviare il programma mi si apre una finestra con scritto:

"Il file TVUPLAYER.EXE è collegato all'esportazione mancante USER32.DLL:SetLayeredWindowsAttributes"

Che vuol dire? Devo scaricare o configurare qualcsosa? E come? Sapete come risolvere?
