recupero file

Raga appena 5 min fa ho cancellato un video .Cioè ho aperto un programma per convertire video l'ho aperto l'ho trasformato però mi ha sovrascritto quel file e questo che mi ha fatto non me lo apre nemmeno e pesa 5 kb quando quello pesava 1.2 giga
