I canali di tvkoo non si aprono

Ciao ragazzi.
Con tvkoo "online" (quello che si trova sul mediacenter) nn mi si aprono i canali. La lista si carica, ma una volta che provo a clicckare su un qualsiasi canale non succede niente. Potete aiutarmi? Grazie.
