Programma difettoso?

Mi dibatto! Mi danno e mi arrovello!! Ma il programma proprio non vuole saperne. Ho scaricato MediaCenter (0.4) regolarmente sul mio pc; quando tento di eseguirlo una finestra d'errore compare, inesorabile, dal nulla e...tutto si perde nel nulla. Gradirei un consiglio.Grazie.
