Problema di login

Salve a tutti,
sono nuovo in questo forum e purtroppo ho un problema con Zattoo al momento del login.
Digito mail e password e la finestra mi restituisce il seguente errore:

Your user name was not found in the system. Did you enter your email address correctly.

You will need to log in again.



Qualcuno sa come risolvere?

uhm... ma sei sicuro che inserici bene la mail? se fai copia e incolla, stai attento a non inserire spazi alla fine...
controlla anche la password!
