non riesco ad istallare cclaer

appena apro la cartella x istallare in programmino mi si chiude...non capisco chi mi aiuta?

prova a riavviare e poi riprovi....altrimenti scarica di nuovo,magari da un altro sito,il programma e fai sapere se l'installazione è partita

penso sia bene disinstallare il programma, pulire il registro, spengere e riaccendere il trombone e seguire il consiglio di pietro.

in che senso? anche quando scrivi ccleaner su google e clicchi su un link ti si chiude il browser?

Forse ha scaricato un programma diverso ... sul titolo scrive cclaer ... ma in realtà il programma si chiama ccleaner ... è solo una supposizione ...

La cosa mi sembra insolita anche a me ... è la prima volta che sento un evento di questo genere ... potrebbe essere il firewall, oppure che il programma va in conflitto con un altro programma installato, o l'antivirus che avendo rilevato la presenza di un virus impedisce l'installazione?

no yatta...
a me puzza il fatto che si chiuda il browser quando cerca il file... in genere sti problemi sono dovuti a virus! spero di sbagliarmi...
