Problemi con fastweb WI+FI + coolstreming

Ciao a tutti, premetto che io ho installato cool**** ho fastweb (ethernet) e và perfetto, un mio amico invece ha fastweb ma in WI-FI appena apre cool**** dopo pochi minuti gli cade la connessione!!! lo richiude e dopo un pò torna a funzionare...!!!! abbiamo tolto anche firewall....ma niente....cosa possiamo fare?!?
