aiuto problema

ho scaricato coolstreaming mediacenter,e ho problemi con la visualizzazione dei canali qqlive ed altri,praticamente clicco play e mi affaccia una schermata bianca con in alto un icona (pallino verde quadrato rosso triangolo blu).da premettere che ho gia' realplayer etc....cosa posso fare???grazie
