It's called SNS. It's kind of a chat application but it has online video movies. Once you download the program and install it then you have to register. Then when you go to 'online video' there are some movies you can watch online.
Not all of the movies are listed so you can go directly on the web pages and there are more staff.
You have to have istalled Real Player. When you start watching movies they are downloaded on you computer, so you can share them with other people using sns. If you want you can delete what you have downloaded when you quit the application.
I have found this one long time ago, but i had some problems with watching - it always stops after playing a few minutes. I hope it works for you.
