Registrare con timer

Allora avrei una bella domanda da porvi...dovrei registrare degli streaming...il problema è quel che vorrei registrare(ovvero le partite nba!)per colpa del fuso orario si fanno a notte fonda....impegni scolastici e il mio orologio biologico mi impongono di dormire.....come fare???c'è qualche software che mi permette di registrare con un timer???

ho installato il software ma è questa la finestra che mi compare quando cerco di avviare il programma....

allora installando net framework ho risolto il problema ma volevo chiedere: per registrare devo tenere computer acceso???

e se usassi quel programma....poweroff mi sembra che si chiami.......posso accendere il computer ad una certa ora, avviare la rgitrazione e poi spegnere il computer??
