Sincronizzazione fatta in casa flop

Ragazzi non so voi ma oggi la sincronizzazione descritta http://www.coolstreaming.us/forum/showthread.php?t=6660&highlight=sincronizzare
non ha funzionato. Strano perchè è sempre stata efficace. Problema mio o è qualcosa generalizzato?
