come strimmare in tempo reale ad un altro pc


Ciao..
mi chiedevo....come faccio a far vedere, in tempo reale(ritardo permettendo), ad un altro pc, tramite adsl, una trasmissione che io vedo in chiaro....
ovvio che il tutto Ŕ legale....
pensate a sportitalia che va in chairo sul DT..
comunque..Ŕ fattibile??
cosa mi occorre???
dall'uscita audio/video del mio decoder faccio partire i classici 3 fili bianco rosso e giallo, ma come metterli nel pc???
poi....dove trovo l'ID del pc mio??
per il resto devo usare queste guide??

non credo si possa senza una scheda tv per il pc.
