SOP: .asf to .avi

I file registrati con SOP sono in asf e ad esempio non è possibile mandarli avanti nella barra di scorrimento oppure importarli in programmi per la modifica(tipo windows movie maker). Conoscete un programma capace di convertire questi file e come si fa????????Grazie per tutto.
