Problema Mediacenter

Ragazzi,mi serve un aiuto.
Ho installato il programma,ma al termine dell'installazione,quando avvio il programma mi compare un messaggio di errore,e sento l'audio ma non vedo il video.

L'errore è:

My Flash Application
Access violation at address 7C921760 in module ntdll.dll
Read of address 654D5C61

Ciao prova a reinstallare il flash nella tua macchina.

Ho riscaricato flash dal sito della Macromedia,ma non funziona ancora.
Ho provato a reinstallare molto volte il programma,ma non vuole farmi vedere i video......
Cosa posso fare?
