Problema Con Ccleaner.....

....salve raga...devo capire come cancellare alcuni file temp.....che CCleaner v1.37.456 non riesce ad eliminarmi........
C:\WINDOWS\temp\qthesa.exe 59,50kb
C:\DOCUME\pippo\IMPOST-1\temp\WER e684.dir00\svchost.exe.hdmp 17.6 MB
quando avvio il programma per la pulizia mi cancella tutti i temp....tranne quelli sopracitati.....qualcuno ha modo di potermi far capire come fare?????
anticipatamente ringrazio quanti mi daranno informazioni....

....se è un WORM come posso eliminarlo????????? ho appena fatto la scansione con SPYBOT e nessun risultato ...stessa cosa con scansione di WINDOWS KB 890830....AVAST HOME EDITION idem......
