lettori bly ray esterni - TV HD collegata a pc


Come da oggetto: ne esistono?
Esiste un lettore blu ray esterno da collegare al portatile? Anche se esistesse logicamente non potrei vederlo nello schermo del notebook per via della risoluzione troppo bassa dello schermo, penso. Ma collegando il notebook al televisore Full HD la cosa č fattibile oppure il televisore trasmette comunque quello che viene passato allo schermo notebook dalla scheda video (e quindi non HD)?

Quindi č meglio se giro la domanda in un altra maniera (dato che alla prima mi sono risposto da solo)
Avendo un gioco disponibile in HD (penso che gli ultimi lo siano) č possibile giocarci su un televisore HD collegato a un pc? Le schede video hanno limitazioni in questo caso?
