Pp2-Tv Problemi legali [ex cs]

Salve a tutti sono Gianluca, complimenti per il sito.
vi scrivo questo mess per avere info riguardo i problemi avuti in passato da coolstreaming con la giustizia.
Mi piacerebbe sapere come sono andate a finire le cose, anche perche cercando su internet ho trovato pareri discordanti e un giudizio della cassazione non molto chiaro.
Navigando su internet e molto facile imbattersi in siti che trasmettono partite coperte dal copyright e non mi sembra ci siano poi grosse lamentele da parte delle forze dell ordine, perche? e diventato legale? e mantenere soltanto i link, e' legale?
Spero in una vostra risposta, anche perche credo che siate gli unici ad averne una chiara e basata su fatti concreti.

ehehe...non è così semplice...ci sono stati molti batti e ribatti tra cassazioni,appelli processi e cavolate varie...alla fine non si è creato un precedente perchè il processo si è concluso (all'incirca) con un nulla di fatto...questo è quello che ho capito io. Il grande capo al momento è in ferie dunque non potrà risponderti...ad ogni modo grazie per i complimenti e benvenuto nella comunità
