It works good for me!
I have Windows Media Player 10(not chinese)
RealPlayer 10 (not chinese)
I dont have ACDSee 3.1 SR1, and I dont know why you need it. Winrar is just for unraring the downloaded application. Also, I have not installed Flash Player.
Why you cannot play the channels? What kind of error you have?

P.S Maybe its not really a p2ptv , but just webtv
