ciao raga,
ho un problemino cn utorrent (ottimo programma p2p)
ho impostato la velodità max d upload a 25 ma succede ke la velocità d upload continua a cambiare e va sopra o sotto questo valore mentre una volta rimaneva sempre stabile: ke devo fare??? cn qst probl ho difficoltà nella navigazione e x caricare pagine web mi c vuole una vita, sembra d essere tornato al 56 kbits

help please
