VLC come lettore predefinito?

Salve a tutti, vorrei sostituire VLC a WMP come lettore video predefinito, o meglio: vorrei che tvant, ppstream etc mi si aprissero con vlc invece che windows media player. Sapete come si fa ad impostare questa funzione su i suddetti programmi e/o sul mio PC?
