ubc 36 necessita di licenza

salve a tutti
ieri sera su ubc 36 ho visto perffettamente la partita, ma da questa mattina il canale necessita dell'acquisizione di una licenza per funzionare
dopo aver caricato il buffer apre un sito in cinese da dove saricare un programma e un'altra finestra dove c'è play ma non si può clikare
avete delle idee?
