Requirements
Every tv streaming on your site must include a link to the
Coolstreaming.You must provide a link to coolstreaming with the text "Web-tv
Streaming provided by CoolStreaming" in the context of the
displayed tv streaming.

Commercial Use
The CoolStreaming API is available and free for commercial and
non-commercial use. For the use of the CoolStreaming API in your
commercial application (an application is considered commercial if
its primary goal is to generate revenue) our explicit approval is
required. If you plan to use the CoolStreaming API in your
commercial application please contact
us. You don't need an explicit approval for non-commercial
use, of course.
Warranty
CoolStreaming does not guarantee that the CS API is free of
errors. The CoolStreaming API is provided "as is" and
the use of the CoolStreaming API is at your own risk.
CoolStreaming does not guarantee a 100% availability of the
CoolStreaming API.
Restrictions
You shall use the CoolStreaming API in a responsible way and you
shall not inappropriately stress the CoolStreaming's bandwidth
with the CoolStreaming API. You shall only use the data "as
is" that is delivered by the API methods..
Termination
CoolStreaming may terminate the API at any time for any reason.
Your right to use the CoolStreaming API finishes if
CoolStreaming publishes a notice of termination of the
CoolStreaming API. Your right to use the CoolStreaming API
finishes if you violate the CoolStreaming API Terms of Use.
