coolstreaming mi da problemi

scusate quando apro coolstreaming esce na schermata nera ma non carica niente nel programma come mai da cosa dipende ? ho scaricato la coolstreaming 1.0 grz a chi mi risponde

no non funziona nemmeno con javascript attivati. viene la pagina ma non c'è piu dove cliccare come era prima.
