difficolta con mediacenter

salve mi chiamo cinzia ho da poco installato mediacenter ma la lista dei canali a sinistra non mi appare rimane bianca, come firewall ho norton internet security qualcuno saprebbe dirmi come fare per avere la lista grazie

prova a disattivare momentaneamente norton internet security poi apri mediacenter se funziona č norton altrimenti controlla il firewall di xp
