non riesco a formattare

ciao a tutti chi mi puo' dare un aiuto nel formattare xp? quando vado nelle risorse del computer e dgt formatta non mi formatta e in "ntfs" e non riesco a passarlo in un altro sistema come fare qualcuno mi puo' dare un "VERO" aiuto sono disperato grazie
