dialer

Ciao raga,
mi sono accorto d aver preso un dialer girando x la rete. Il suo nome è INSTANT ACCESS e in pratica mi fa cadere la connessione e va ad aggiungersi alle altre connessioni.
Ho provato in tutti i modi a eliminarlo: norton 2007, panda scan online, spyboot, adware, g data internet security....niente da fare!
c'è qualcuno ke può aiutarmi??
