mi dici per favore passo per passo la procedura per cambiare bitrate con il media encoder? comunque io ho caricato il film su soop e l ho strimmato non so che encoder viene usato grazie

credo abbia inserito il file con il bitrate originale... Se si dovresti passarlo sotto un encoding.

l ho convertito da avi a wmv usando AVS VIDEO CONVERTER con le seguenti impostazioni formato video divx 6.6.1 codec( 2 logical cpus) formato audio 192 mp3 frequenza 4800
