canali test italiani

salve atutti ho bisogno di aiuto,vedo i canali test italiani con stremerone da un bel po` ,e` da qualche giorno che c`e` una scritta che mi dice di provare i canali a 400 kb... io co provo cliccando sull`apposta scritta ma mi dice che non sono autorizzata, perche`... mi aiutate
