assicurati di escludere tvkoo dal firewall ed eventualmente prova a fare l'update del programma

ho l'ultima versione,ma ho fatto lo stesso aggiornamento....e nn funziona!
ho controllato il firewall....ed è nelle eccezioni! cosa puo essere?
