aiuto si incarta sempre (e non per problemi di rete)

Dopo avere avviato il player mi compare
un simpatico messaggio che dice che la memoria non poteva essere read e pertanto si pianta..qualcuno sa darmi un aiuto???
ho provato sino ad ora a reinstallare sia tuvplayer che vlc..ma non c'č verso
