"Runtime Error" mi date una mano?

Scusatemi ma non ne esco. Ho scaricato mediacenter, ma quando lo avvio mi compare la prima schermata e subito dopo un messaggio di errore che mi blocca tutto. Il messaggio dice "Runtime Error- il programma ha richiesto il Runtime in modo inusuale" (credo sia la giusta traduzione). Cosa posso fare?
