cancellare i file

buongiorno a tutti!

vorrei fare un po di pulizia nel mio pc,e vorrei sapere se conoscete dei programmi per poter cancellare tutti i file che non uso da tempo,possibilmente in italiano.Un`ultima curiosita`!quando navighiamo sul web,le immagini dei siti che noi visitiamo,rimangono nella memoria del pc?e se si,dove vengono memorizzate?
