problema audio pc

Ciao ragazzi ho un problema: quando vedo un film in dvd nel pc portatile il volume lo alzo al massimo ma lo stesso l'effetto e minimo cioè occorre sentirlo con le cuffie se no non si capisce niente. Il problema non c'è quando faccio altre attività ( gioco, internet, musica e video radio da internet).
