problemi stream

salve
qualcuno può spiegarmi xchè nonostante venga raggiunto il 100%di buffer il video si vede a scatti?questo avviene con tutti i programmi..
l'anno scorso nn mi succedeva!

ad esempio adesso sto usando l'ultimissima versione di tv uplayer(quella prevedente nn mi caricava le immagini,ma,si sentiva l'audio) e nonostante "signal" sia al massimo l'immagine nn è fluida....

hai dei problemi tu mi sa... controlla i codec i programmi in taskbar ecc...

i codec sono quelli che ho sempre usato
in caso me li passi?magari sono troppo vecchi
nella taskbar vi è solo sygate e il controllo volume!

cmq ho appena installato podcast e mi funziona meglio rispetto a pplive ppstream tvuplayer e tvants...
ma da cosa può dipendere quest'anomalia?
è da una settimana che mi sbatto x capire come potrei risolvere e come ultima spiaggia rompo le scatole a voi
