problemi con la visione dei canali

dopo aver scelto un canale video il buffer raggiunge il 100% dopo di che dovrebbe vedersi di continuo invece si interrompe per poi riprendere questo succede ripetutamente(ogni volta che si interrompe il buffer riparte da 0% per arrivare a 100%).
è la mia scheda grafica?
cosa devo fare?
