I appologize if this is the wrong topic or if this has been posted yet. Here you can download GUI for mplayer

read the "readme" file in the installed directory C:\Program Files\rulesPlayer\tv . There is explained how you can watch some web tv's (most of them from wwitv).
I am not sure if it's worth using because I just found it but I will give it a try.
