I have no clue if this one is P2P. But DAUM is very famous korean site and it's been around for a while.
Anyway, you can download the player from here:

So far it doesnot need any registration. You can switch between "watch" and "broadcast" mode from the upper left corner(clicking on "onair"). If you want to learn more about the program click on the channel: Daum Live Guide.
The interface is pretty cool and the channels are sort be topics.
It load the streams very fast for me but the sound is wierd. It might be some codec issue.
Still BETA so hope streamers and live events will increase soon.
