problemoni con il bios

ho un grossimo problema nel mio pc: quando lo accendo si ferma al caricamento del bios, pern intenderci l'ultima voce che vedo a monitor è "Sec Master.... eccetera"
poi di solito carica il sistema operativo dall'hard disk o dal cd.
adesso non posso fare nulla, nemmeno entrare nel bios con i vari del, F8 e F12.
qualche idea prima che passi al martello?
