Premium: "Tessera illegale"

Ho acquistato la tessera base mediaset premium da 30€... l'ho inserita nel decoder sul canale 'premium attivazione' ma mi dice "Tessera illegale"
Sono andato sul sito di mediaset e mi dice che è da aggiornare il box interattivo... io però ho già l'ultima versione e il problema persiste... sapete quale può essere il motivo?grazie
